Mandatory Documents Required
- Birth Certificate: Official certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Panchayat.
- Transfer Certificate (TC): Original counter-signed TC from previous recognized school (Class I & above).
- Academic Marksheet: Report card copy of previous academic grade completed.
- Passport Photographs: 5 recent passport-sized color photos of student & 2 photos of parents.
- Identity Proof: Photocopies of Student and Parent Aadhaar Cards.
- Medical Record: Medical fitness & blood group report certified by a registered physician.

RESIDENTIAL & CAMPUS POLICY
Boarders & Hostel Guidelines
As a premier residential school, SFS East Harina maintains strict safety, hygiene, and ethical standards for resident students.
Visiting Hours
Parents may visit resident boarders on designated 2nd & 4th Sundays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM with prior warden permission.
Health & Wellness
24/7 resident nurse on campus, regular medical checkups, and immediate hospital conveyance arrangement for emergencies.
Personal Belongings
Electronic gadgets, smartphones, and excessive cash are strictly prohibited inside student dormitories.
